Available for existing therapy and coaching clients only.

Select your preferred package below and schedule your appointments as normal via the SimplePractice client portal. Package purchases will show up in your SimplePractice account as a credit within 48 hours.

Options:

4 Sessions $325/session($1,300 due today, save $200 vs. pay as you go)
8 Sessions $275/session ($2,200due today, save $800 vs. pay as you go))
12 Sessions $225/session ($2,700 due today, save$1,800 vs. pay as you go))
Pay as you go $375/session (paid at the time of your session; current credit card is required to be on file in SimplePractice client portal)

Most clients meet with me twice per month, so packages are designed with a 2, 4, or 6 month commitment in mind. However, you are free to book your 50-minute sessions as frequently as you need anytime over the next 24 months.

Payment plans are available with a 40% deposit today. Declined or missed installment payments more than 30 days late may result in termination of remaining unused sessions in the plan.

Packages are non-refundable but can be transferred to another service within 24 months of purchase.

What’s included

One or two 7-hour days of private coaching (breaks + lunch hour included)
A clear plan with practices and resources to support the next 90 days
Follow-up virtual consultation to refine, reinforce, and keep momentum
In-person only in Washington, DC (or on-site with a travel fee, see below)

What’s NOT included

Travel or accommodations; if you are coming from outside the DC metro area I’m happy to connect you with a travel partner for assistance. If you are requested that I come to you, my travel expenses will be quoted when we confirm dates.
Ongoing coaching; this is a time-limited offering that does not include ongoing follow up care. If ongoing therapy or coaching is needed, referrals and availability will be provided.
Meals; there will be snacks and beverages available throughout the day but you will be on your own for meals.

This is coaching, not therapy; it draws on my years as a couples therapist and executive coach. (Insurance does not cover coaching.)
Your deposit is nonrefundable once I confirm your date(s)
Payment in full is due 7 days before your confirmed date.
