Self-care is important but self-compassion is essential. It is the salve that soothes our most tender wounds and the source of our resilience.

Self-compassion is about truly honoring the humanity within all of us. But it is something that we have to practice daily - and sometimes, we need a little extra support. That's why I’ve created the 5-day Self-compassion Intro course. I hope that this five-day guide helps you find more self-compassion, connection, and peace of mind.

Designed in a five-day format, you can take as much time as you need with this course. Each lesson includes a written introduction, audio affirmation, journal prompt, and video to give you a deep dive into all of the components of self-compassion. Do it daily or weekly and repeat it often. Consistency and repetition will help you cultivate more self-compassion and shift your self-care to something more intentional.
